As part of the ARS BALTICA cultural initiative, the Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen is presenting the Conceptual Photography section of the exhibition “Self-Identification – Art from St. Petersburg from 1970 to Today”, which was previously on view at the Stadtgalerie Sophienhof in Kiel.

“Conceptual Photography from St. Petersburg” is part of a series of exhibitions that includes “Aspects of Lithuanian Photography”, “Aspects of Young Lithuanian Photography”, and “Photography from Minsk”, which were shown at ifa Gallery Friedrichstraße. At the same time it shows new aspects and perspectives that give an impression of the diverse work of the artists of this city.
